Springfield Township Proudly Participates in Great American Cleanup Day
2009 Great American Cleanup Day is Saturday, April 25
Springfield Township takes part annually in Keep America Beautiful's Great American Cleanup, the nation's largest community improvement program. Activities included beautifying parks and recreation areas, handling recycling collections, picking up litter, and planting trees and flowers.

Help make a difference in Springfield Township by volunteering a few hours of your time for the Great American Cleanup.

Date: Saturday, April 25
Time of cleanup: 9:00 A.M. until 12 P.M.
• Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. with light breakfast offered
• Participants must sign a release of liability form
• Those under 18 years must have form signed by parent or legal guardian
Where to meet: The Allen Paul Meeting Room
• Springfield Township Administration Building
• 9150 Winton Road
• Pleasant Run Farm residents will meet at 9:00 a.m. at the PRF Swim Club, 11955 Elkwood Drive Contact Chip Berquist at 825-2429 to register in advance.

• Wear close-toed shoes and bring work gloves
• Trash bags and latex gloves supplied
